Re: Sennheiser MM-200 Bluetooth Headset
Do you have any idea why the quality over skype when making phone calls using this headset is so bad that they can't hear you on the other end?
They say either they can't hear me for low volume even tho settings apear to be nominal or that they can't hear me because of sparkle noises and such.

Is the headphone working fine while using it normally for making calls from your mobile? If yes than its obvious that the headphone is working proper. There might some problem with your Skype or the network on you are using Skype. Try to check out from some another PC or Mobile Skype with some another account. It should work properly.
Re: Sennheiser MM-200 Bluetooth Headset
The best way to check this out is recording your voice on sound recorder. If the voice is clear then there is no issue with the headset. There might be some issue with the internet connection which is causing the matter. Try to update your sound drivers to the latest one. I have a additional sound card in my system which helps a lot.
