Slow Process Of Activation Of Big Tv

After saw the adds and promotion offer I purchase Reliance BIG TV. On 5th sept i paid an amount of Rs.2190 for big tv. Dealer give me a stb only. after two days a person came my house and delivered the dish, reliance lnb, 15 mts cable, then he told me the engineer will come within hours. but after that no body came to my house for activation the big tv. I called to the customer care they told me within 72 hours to take the activation. Still no one came to for activation.

Wait upto 72 hours they will come to your home for activation. But activation will not take much time it's easy process.
