Stop Error: 0x00000000 (0x00000000 0x00000000) during shutdown

When I shutdown my windows XP pro, always a blue screen appears warning -

STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error}
The windows log on process system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0x00000000 (0x00000000 0x00000000).

The system has been shut down. I did search all over the web for error messages but this code of 0x00000000 is not available in their error lists. Those only start from 0x0000000A or something with a digit or letters. So anyone has ever faced this before? If please help me to solve this.

I have your same problem, when I make the shut down at the end appear the blue screen with your same error...

With a BSOD, the Hardware inside the cabinet never shuts down.

Whether it is OS faulty or the Chips ? Need your help

HDD - 320 WD
RAM - 2gb ddr3 (kingston)
PSU - Intex 450W (Legend)
