That penalty, because it is assumed that the free software we could save some money by the issue of licenses, but this is not the case. The incentive to use free software, it appears that is not going by the economic part.

To conclude deals with the DVD playback financially??, We are paying the software for playing dvds?, Which is so bad that as the top friend is supposed to be with free software would have to pay less for the license
with ubuntu? and more expensive ?????....
I have heard several times that people of ubuntu that "monopolize" certain things. At least worth paying.
Software is a collection of program, data and documents.
What the hell you guys are saying i thought linux is a free Operating system & i guess Ubuntu is a Linux distribution right?
