You can download the same from any of the sites mentioned above. You just need to enter your make and model number and download. It is not necessary to get the exact model number. You can download the apps that are compatible with the similar models.

Have you checked whether your mobile phone supports either any third party games or applications by reading in the manual that you might have got in the cell phone box pack?
