This message keeps popping up and I'm not sure what to do. Is it a virus? ToT
I have a windows vista. I do not have any security programs except for windows defender. =[

That is DEFINITELY a virus. As you can see, the name of the dll is very strange (bunch of random letters). Any dll/exe file with such a name is something very very suspicious. do not allow that program to run, and get antivirus software to remove it.
