is there any plug in to export from Maya to Max

Can anyone gimme a link or two of a plug-in to export from Maya to Max?Thanks for any help

There is no plug-in to export from maya to max. You can export your models to a format like both programs support (like .dxf).

You can use FBX file format to get the stuff across from one place to another. By using it you can export from Maya & import into Max. It can transfer everything (geometry, shading, animation etc).
