Any connection between USB Ports and Updating Windows?

I don't know what had happened, my USB port stopped working suddenly, no work, nor the two front or rear, so obviously I can not use keyboard, mouse or anything that normally or usage.

I cleaned everything, uninstalling and reinstalling drivers, but nothing.

In device manager does not appear conflicts in the bios everything is in order.
Any suggestions?

Moreover, also agrees with me that were not installed Windows updates, are downloaded but not installed.
