Problem with TATA indicom plug to surf speed

Hi friends

On TATA wirless modem means plug to surf i am getting speed of less than 60kbps it's very minimum speed for me. at the time of purchase they told me that you will get 150kbps speed on your pc or laptop. But Now i am getting less than 60 Kbps. Is anyone facing this problem ? Now what should i do ?

150 Kbps is maximum speed you will get on TATA plug to surf. This modem speed is not fixed if there is not TATA network then you will not able to access internet. Just like your mobile phone eg. if No network on your mobile phone you will not able to make and receive call on your phone.
