I have a little trouble with my laptop, This is a Laptop with Intel Core 2 Duo T5750 - 3 GB DDR2 memory.
The problem is that occasionally the computer freezes and I can not do anything on the computer except move the mouse which is not really very practical ... lol
When I go to the task managers, I realize that the CPU is not used ... I do not know if it has a good report but ...
Would you have an idea?

I will firtst scan it to see whether there is any nasties by any Antivirus cause you might havea virus that would slow down your pc! Otherwise it may be a hardware problem. We will seek much info but first I suggest you for virus check.
I have already done a virus scan and it did not has anything
Some questions to try to see things more clearly:
Does the PC is longer to start than usual?
How many times a day you have this problem?
Do you see any error reports in the event manager?
