print and print priview problem in Project 2007

When I am trying to print or print preview my files then I am getting an error message that says "You cannot print or preview because the print area of the page is too small. Try one of the following:

- Decrease the page margins.

- Decrease the scaling percentage. On the File menu, click Page Setup, and then click the Page tab. Under Scaling, decrease the number in the % Normal Size box."

I have already checked an article on Microsoft help, but that is not useful. I havent added any image file, and I am not able to print preview any project file, even after following the error message. Can anyone please help me out? Thanks.

If your printer is not producing what you want, first check that you have the latest Project service release installed (check via the Help menu and About…). Next check that the layout presented in File>Print Preview is what you want. If it isn’t, then try changing the settings by clicking the Setup button at the top. Thanks for the help, but even after trying the suggestions that you gave, it is not working for me.

Can you tell us what was the result of your checking the printer driver for the latest version? What version of Project are you using and to what Service Pack? Are you getting the same issue on a different computer? Have you tried to use a different printer?

I have the following print spooler issue: My panasonic DP1810 printer works fine with my Vista home Toshiba laptop except with Project 07. Every time I try to use it i get the print spooler to quit working. If I reset the print spooler through control panel I can print excel, adobe word etc, just not with proect 07. I have the drivers for the printer installed although I am not sure if they are XP drivers or Vist ut I havent had any problems until we upgraded/installed Office Suite 07 and specifically Project 07. My wife needs this for her class in college.

You can try to do the following by going into Tools, Options, View, and uncheck the "Bars and Shapes in Gantt View in 3-D" and see if that helps.

I tried un-checking that and I still get the same issue where is shuts down my print spooler
