I use a roll around mouse. When i attach a desk mouse to my laptop then up & down rolling on my laptop wont work. Dont know how to fix this.
Like a document to see completely i have to use the up 7 down key to roll the page. In short the scroll button is not working. What to do?
uninstall and re-install the mouse drivers.
go into the control panel and open your mouse properties, check that the scroller margins are wide enough for your finger and also that the pressure is configured for your personal touch ( light - - - - - heavy )
Most of times a newer driver solves the problem.
