My processor is overheating

My processor arrives 70 centigrade to heat degree
Processor:Intel® Pentium 4 processor supporting Hyper-Threading Technology
Windows : Vista
Ram: 2GB
VGA: Geforce XFX 7300 GS 256 up to 512
Motherboard : Gigabyte GA-945P-S3

Apply some heatsinks or some extra fans inside your barebone. According to me I think your specs are very old & needed to be upgraded.
