Hello, I had XP as my previous OS but yesterday I upgraded to Windows Vista. Now when I tried to play Fifa 2008, it was running very slow. Previously it was running fine in vista but after fiddling with some settings & some registry edit to speed performance of vista I found that fifa is running very slow but none other applications are affected as they are working fine. I am at a lost and need your help. Thank you
Was it running fine in windows xp before?
I think that the problem is with the game itself cause I have Windows Vista with HP Laptop of 1.8 ghz & 2gb ram with 8400M GS graphic card. All games like NFS pro street, Prince of Persia, etc, are working smoothly except that Fifa is slower.
Try setting compatibility mode to windows xp for Fifa 2008 if it was running fine in XP.
Did you try updating the video card driver?
