I am having a lot of rar files on my system. Basically they are the part of a single file. I want to combine them all but how can I do that? Is there any separate utility to do that? Please advice me as I am totally new to winrar.

Try n use HJsplit, you can download it freely from their website -->www.freebyte.com/hjsplit.
Do you have winrar? If not then download it and follow the following steps:
Extract all the archived rar files (xxx.001, xxx.002,.. and so on) and tell it to extract to a location.
winrar will combine everything for you
