How your files are organized on HDD?

my question is how do I manage videos, music, pictures, torrents,& various other application packages are very poorly organized.

It is very difficuilt to search a particular file from a huge data.

Is there a simple way some that working on the pc becomes easier for me.

Its possible for those people who use Linux distros. There you can keep a /home partition separate, and mount it on each distro.

You can arrange the similar type files by search option and segregate accordingly.
