Which Motherboard?

I need to know if QX9650 is out & how much does it cost cause i want to buy it. But for this what motherboard i need? I have a few ram sticks of Kingston DDR2 1066mhz. How is the Msi P35 Platinum Motherboard? I dont like SLI so i dont want mobo 680i & also sont want to run DDR3 memory so wont be going with the X38 mobo either. Also How about overclocking the processor to go around 4 GHz. I also want something to handle the fsb cause it might also go above to 1500 or 1600mhz but not much with custom cooling.

You need a good power supply & cooling fan for that cpu to handle 4ghz. Did you checked out any asus motherboards?

I think you could go for Intel X38BT if you are on a value budget, cause the processor comes with it already so you dont have waste money on motherboard buying, also do consider the Asus P5K3 which is a very good budget board.
