Formatting usb watch

I have a usb watch that i recently purchased. Now, when i connect this to any pc & install all the drivers , I cannot access the device whether how many times i try to. It only says that the drive is not formatted but when i try to format it the formatting gets failed. The memory device worked at one point but now it wont work again. Any help would be appreciated.

I think if it is under warranty or so then you can either demand for refund or replacement but if it is not then there is nothing that can be done as i dont have any experience with a usb watch :blink: . Go to their help site or email them about your problem. Hope this helps
