How get Vista sync of outlook contacts to PDA

Here is my problem what I am facing with my Windows Vista, I am trying to synchronize my contacts on my MWmobile 6 device to Outlook which is installed on my Windows Vista Machine. I am not able to synchronize anything but when I am trying media files using Sync Center/Windows Mobile Device Center/Windows Mobility Center. Its work well with Windows XP and Active Sync. Can I run ActiveSynch with Windows Vista? I am read many article on web related to outlook, even many people said outlook doesn't get sync. I am not sure whether my query is in appropriate section as I am posting it in Windows Mail section. But regarding problem I was not able to find any other category where I can post this query.

Can you please provide little more information like which version of Outlook you are using, Are you running it windows vista ? Even please confirm which Windows XP version is installed on your other machine.

ActiveSync doesn't work with Windows Vista.
