Protector Suite QL

I had setup Protector Suite QL under a domain user account earlier but i had removed my current computer from the domain and i had removed that domain account as well but now i want to setup Protector Suite QL under local user account. However, when i am trying to enroll same fingers of Protector Suite QL than i get an error message saying "This finger is already enrolled. Cannot enroll this finger.". I have tried using Protector Suite QL Control Centera Fingerprint Storage Inspector for deleting the domain user account fingerprints but than i am getting another error message saying "Cannot remove this fingerprint. It belongs to someone else." what should i do for setting up Protector Suite QL under local user account now?

Why don't you rejoin the domain, log in as domain user, uninstall the application and reinstall if after getting out. I am not sure if that would help but its worth trying. Just try it out and let me know if you are able to setup Protector Suite QL under local user account in that way.
