I am having Nokia 6030 Mobile which is overall free from virus but the present problem with my phone is i enable to take a video. yes the camera is coming but video is not coming it is telling format not supported. can you just help me in this matter.

It will format the entire phone memory and you'll loose all the contacts and sms , I'll suggest you to install USB disk Security and connect your mobile to the PC with USB cable, it will automatically detect and remove all viruses from you mobile memory card.Quote:

I have sone ericsson W660i. Its showing format memory stick when i reboot. But when i gave the option, it shows foramtting failed. Is there any way to foramt as i was not succeded with the above steps.

The only thing that you can do to remove the virus from your computer is to use some antivirus in your mobile and scan with the help of that. If that is also not helping you then the only choice for you is to hard reset the phone. Search on google to get the steps to do that. I hope that you will solve the issue soon.
There are only two ways by which you can remove the antivirus from your computer. First is to use some antivirus in your phone and second is to format your phone completely.
