Transition Pack for SBS 2003 OEM to Windows 2003 Standard
I have got a domain setup with SBS 2003 SP1 as the primary domain controller. The version of SBS that we have is an OEM which came with the computer from Dell and we dont have software assurance. But we do have the maximum number user CALs for SBS. I want to upgrade to Windows Server 2003 Standard to remove the user limit restrictions. I also want to buy additional CALs to have a total of about 150. After completing the upgrade I want to split Exchange off of the SBS machine onto a new computer. A different SQL Workstation server operating under a processor license is already available on the network so we dont really need a different SQL Workstation license. Can anyone please help?

I dont think that you will be able to have 2 SBS Domain controllors in the same domain. But you can have additional domain controllors in an SBS Domain.
