Dialogic OKI ADPCM (17) Codec

Well I am trying to play a .wav file which was created by our customer service phone system. Now am playing this file I am getting message that I need Dialogic OKI ADPCM (17) codec. I tried to find it on the web but couldn't really find anything. Can somebody over can tell me how I can get this codec and where I can get it. If you can provide me the link as well, I would be really thankful to you.
