I recently purchased ATLANTIS III game and installed it on my Windows XP computer. I dont have any issues watching the intro or starting the game. But when I start to talk to anyone then the game ends, it turns in black screen and I get the below error message:

The DirectX version if 9 and it works well when I tested it. Can anyone tell me how to solve this problem? Thanks
You will also need to update the video card drivers in your computer that usually solves most of the gaming problems. You can also try to shut down some download accelerators, turn off firewalls and antivirus programs so that it doesnt scan at the time of gaming. Also check to ensure that your video card meets the games minimum system requirements.
I am having the directx 9 and radeon 900 video card with all the latest updates already. I have also installed the patch of this game but still that doesnt work. It will simply end up with the black screen. Thanks
