I have installed windows vista 64bit in my gateway 7510gx laptop but drivers are not available for audio and pci modem. I have checked out for the driver everywhere but it appears as if Microsoft has not yet written a driver for them. I can't find it anywhere, is there anything i can try out at my end to get audio and pci modem working???
I am running in to same issue after installing windows vista 64bit in my Compaq laptop. I was looking after a driver for them as well and had come across 64-bit drivers on some sites but they were not for vista. I dont think there is anything we will be able to try out currently rather than running it in test mode or hit F8 when booting. I have tried doing that and have found it to be working.
Ok, ill try running it in test mode but i just hope Microsoft to come up with compatible audio and pci modem driver for vista 64bit as soon as possible. Until than if you find some other workaround that i can try out than please share it here, it will be very appreciative.
