Access Denied. C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents

I have windows XP installed in my system and since yesterday whenever i am trying to access my documents folder i get an error message saying "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents is not accessible. Access Denied." I am logged in as administrator.

Just go through this article and see if you are able to get any help from it. I think you need to take ownership of my documents folder.
