Missing PDFMaker Files
If I am using Adobe 7.0 and when I want to create a .pdf file of Word 2003 document when I am still in Adobe, then an error message comes up saying that "Missing PDFMaker Files, do you want to run installer in repair mode?" After when I click Yes and it did its thing, but still it gives the same error mesasge. I am able to opn Word and go to the Print menu and Adobe with the file, but it used to have the Adobe toolbar available and now it is not and I get the error message only. Can anyone please help. Thanks.

I have found that when Adobe Acrobat 7 is installed, and Microsoft Word 2003 is the document format, for some reason, the adobe add-in has been disabled, and therefore throwing the error message.
In Word, go into Help, About Microsoft Word, click on Disabled Items, and then see if the Adobe PDF addin is listed.
If it is, click on it, and enable it.
here is a screen shot.

You can try to print to the adobe PDF printer which will work properly with all the checks and patching of acrobat 7 where it never used to work. You can also use OpenOffice which can be a perfect alternative converter if it is a word processing document.
