Blank screen after login to admin account in Windows 8

I am getting a complete blank screen when I login to my main account. This is the only admin account in my pc. And there is one more guest account in which I am able to see everything. I can see the desktop but being a limited account I have no rights to delete file. The sysetm is not working well. I need some help to fix this thing. I happened after I installed a few free software. I got a keymaker tool that helped to activate a software. And after that this issue occur. I am not having any backup of my data which might be loosed if I am unable to make it work. I want some help here to fix the problem.

It looks like a clear case of virus in your pc. You had already said that you are using some third party kegen type of tool and that ha caused issue with your system. You have to run a full system recovery to resolve the problem. And for that you have to use Windows bootable disc. To backup your data you can try using startup repair first. If this works then copy your files and then simply restore windows back again. And if this does not help then you have to format it. There are many ways to pull out the files from the pc. Like you can boot from the live disc and then enter the file system to get the files.

Through Windows bootable disc you can also try to run system restore. Which might help and here you wont have to format your pc. You have to use the Windows 8 bootable disc and from that you have to go in system repair. There you can find system restore. Choose a old date and done. Then your system settings will be restored completely and you will be able to get your old system back. And if nothing helps then formatting is the only last option. The only one thing you have to take care is do not use this keygen type of software next time. This is not at all safe to use. If in future you do not want this kind of problems.
