24 or 27inch gaming monitor

I am confused between the choices of buying a monitor. I want a monitor for the gaming purpose. Here I am having choices to go for two. Either a 24inch or a 27inch. I am unable to figure out which one is the best here. A 24inch monitor will be great enough for movies. That is because it is in my budget, but I want to get a bigger one. Here 27inch are too costly. I am willing to buy if it has better features. I had seen almost all monitors are similar. There is not much different except the size.

It is a bit smaller than 24inch but good enough for gaming and other usage. It comes for some Rs.1300. That makes it a good budget monitor.
