Unable to connect HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2545 with router
I am not able to figure out why my printer HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2545 is not able to connect with my router. I was nothing having router before. Then I bought a new dlink router and configured it on my network. I had configured the printer on it and it is detected. But somehow I am unable to configure it. I want to hook the printer on wifi so that other people can also use it. But I am unable to setup.

Use the hp printer setup disc. It will help you to configure the printer on the wifi network. It is very easy to use. You just have to insert the disc and connect the printer no your pc. It will automatically configure the wifi and the printer will appaer on the network. You have to update the printer drivers also. That will also help in fixing the issue. If nothing is working then you will have to contact hp.

There are few things you have to check. Like the Firewall. Ensure that it is not blocking the printer setup. You can check in the router firewall. If that is not on then there is one more way to resolve the problem. You can try using add printer wizard in windows. Turn on the printer wifi first. Then go in Start > Device and Printer and click on Add Printer. Windows will try to find the printer and once it is detected you can share it.
