Nokia Asha 210 hangs

hi guys plz help me i have bought a new nokia asha 210 .i mainly like using internet almost every time specially social networks , so my phone stuck with a huge problem of hanging oneday i push the reset settings button and restored but unfortunately problem wasn't solved one day i pressed the button update software in setting ;software installed through internet in settings after a while my software was updated with same problem so i could'nt understand what to do i m very sad my social network are not working except twitter n facebook(built-in) multimedia files running good but whenever i open line echat whatsapp or other apps n games my phone get hanged screen becomes black and then not working then i have to shutdown and restart so please help me so what do think about flashing if i do ; will my phone be fix and ok please tell me about flashing ...

First of all try to perform a soft reset by using the code *#7780# and 12345 security code when asked. It will not delete any data of your phone, but if it doesnt work then you can try to do a hard reset by using the code *#7370# and it will wipe all the data and settings from your phone. Then check if your phone works or not. If not then your only solution is to take your phone to the nearest Nokia Center and ask them to repair it.
