Well, havent you got any CD/DVD with the china mobile phone package that you have got, it has all the required drivers that can be installed on Windows. If there are no drivers then you will have to contact the manufacturer of the china mobile that you have and then ask them to supply a driver that can be installed on Windows.

You can download the USB CDC MODEM DEVICE from this link. Note that this driver is for the MStar mobile phones which are china mobiles only. I dont know for sure whether this will work for all china mobile phones or not but you can give it a try. Most of the china phones use java type of application and you need to find any java modem driver and test it, incase if this is not working for you.
