While you are in Startup Repair, you can try to select "System Restore" and then restore your machine back to a couple of days before the issues started to happen. This will definitely solve the problem for you that is related to the corruption of the registry.

So do you see any link along with the errors that you have posted above??? If yes then contact them with the errors and workaround that you have tried so far and check out what they have to say about it.
