Does Mac OS X Lion Server is required to download Mac OS X Lion 10.7.4

Hello friends, I am using the MacBook Pro and I was planning to download the Mac OS X lion for it. But I have read it somewhere that I need to have an OS X Lion server when downloading it? So what I have heard about Mac OS X Lion is correct or not. The problem is that I am not having the server of Mac OS X Lion, required to get one for me if that rumor is true. One more thing I would like to tell is that I do not wanted spoil my system anyhow, so please help me out before I go for the download. Thank you.

I would like to clear your doubt, there are two version of Mac OS X Lion. The first one is the client version and other is Server version, so if you are trying to download the Server version then it is done differently. I will recommend you to read download information provided on Apple site. It is not really require to have Mac OS X Server to get Lion.

You must have snow leopard before installing Mac Lion. You can directly download Mac OS X lion from Apple store.
