I am using Nokia E7 phone from last 6 months. But from last night I am facing a screen locking problem during or after a call. It happen after every call. To overcome this I reboot the mobile several time. It is not to useful to reboot every time so I called Nokia and tried every option which included reloading Belle.
But still I am facing a same problem. Please help me out. I think there is problem with locking switch logic on the side of the phone.
May be resetting the device is the last option to come out of this problem. You should give it a try. To reset your mobile follow the following steps:
- Select the number keypad on your touch screan.
- Type *#7370#, then the device ask for security code.
- Insert the security code and reset the device.
- After that switch off and switch on your mobile for once.
I guess your E7 is facing firmware problems. Check for the latest firmware. Before updating a firmware take a backup all your memory like all contacts and all important data. Also clear your cache and cookie . Stop all background running application.
Also make more space in storage device so that the phone can perform better. If your storage device is full, then is too difficult to phone to perform better way as said by manufacturer. So avoid memory full problem.
