I have very well access to my ISP email server. They offered me an updated webmail having configured for MS Exchange to synchronies with all device. I can sign in and retrieve my mail using current setting. I can access my email server and having updated with webmail but I can’t reply and send mail through my Nokia c3-00. I would like to know possible solution for my problem with current setting.
Below are few steps that you should try out in order to fix the same:
- Connect to service provider whether they allow to access POP access.
- Setup the email account on your c3 : mail->add account->other
- Then enter the email address and your device will look for the mail server and it obtain automatically.
- IT administrator can help you to enable POP access for your email.

If nokia c3-00 is a S40 powered phone then we cannot use mail exchange for it. In place of mail for exchange we can use ovi mail, nokia Nokia-hosted consumer email service.
If it is S60 powered phone then we can use the mail for exchanger. S60 is upgraded version with Exchange Server 2007, Auto discover.
First you reboot your phone by removing battery. Then follow the following steps:Menu-Setting-Connectivity-Setting-Network Destinations-Internet. Check for default access point then go to Mail and select Exchange ActiveSync to set up Email to your device. This will work
