Nokia Lumia 800 Turns off on its own
I have been using Nokia Lumia 800 and it was working fine by now but then I don’t know what has went wrong with it and now a days it keeps on turning off suddenly, just to explain, last night I had set the alarm of 5.30 am but then the alarm did not rang and when I checked out why then the phone was turned off, I had made sure that it was having enough battery to stay overnight as well, I had not yet faced this issue with the phone but then now it is happening a n of times, sometimes when I keep the phone on the desk and do some other work at home then later I found it to be switched off, I have reseated the battery and have made sure that there is nothing wrong with it as well, is there anyone who has faced the same and has an idea about getting rid of this issue??

You can count in me in as well, first of all I will like to share that I have been facing issues where I was not able to end call, phone running out of battery suddenly, freezing and so but then a reboot used to take care of the same but then since a week I have started founding the phone to be turned off and so, it has happened 8 times today, I have checked out the battery and have made sure that it is having enough battery to survive as well but then I don’t know why is it still getting turned off on its own, I am just running out of ideas now, I really did not expected such issues with Nokia, I mean that issues like not able to end call and freezing were able to get solved after a reboot but then the same is not going for this issue. If anyone finds a solution for this then please share it will be highly appreciated.

I am having the same issue and there is a no of other as well, I have came across then as I was trying to find out a solution for this issue in other forums as well but then I have not got any success, I will like to inform you this is my second phone, I mean that I have just received an replacement for Nokia Lumia 800, I was having freezing issues with it previously which was later solved after replacement but then now I am just running in to new issues, like the battery life is appearing to be draining quickly and the phone turning itself off even when having enough charge, I have found it happens without mu knowledge when it is kept dormant and sometime suddenly when I am carrying out some task. I really wanted to try out a windows phone but the after these I don’t think I will be getting another one in the near future, by now I have tried out all the possible solution that I could have but then they have not helped, currently have kept the replacement as my last option, so if anyone finds out any solution to get rid of this then please let me know as well, it will be very helpful.
