Dawn of War 2 Retribution is having graphic issue after installing v295.73 drivers
Well I am playing Warhammer 40000: Dawn of War II from past couple of days. Recently I have updated my system with v295.73 drivers. After doing that I have started to face graphics issue while playing game. the images are tearing when camera is being moved. I did not get the same issue with any other game.
System specification

Do you getting an issue when you have disabled SLI mode? Could be the reason that SLI and VSYNC enabling the frames might be not matching because of some odd reason. When you are standing it does not cause any issue but when you are moving around creates the problem. so disable SLI as well as Vsync on your system and see whether it is making any difference.

After going through your problem I am suspecting that there was an issue with the latest version of graphic card drivers itself. What I wanted to tell you that you should roll back to the previous version of the graphic card drivers. Also wait till the developers works on the same and release the updated version of drivers.
