I have been trying to install Windows 8 Consumer Preview since long, but the product key provided on the Download site is not working.
What can be done? Is there any alternate way to do that without using product key or can anyone please provide me with alternate product keys?
If your source of installation is Windows 8 Consumer Preview Setup program, you won't have to enter a product key, since the setup program automatically provides the product key. But if you use an installation media, (A DVD maybe). Boot your PC from the media and then install Windows 8 consumer preview.

Check the Sha 1 Hash and confirm if it is the same with that on the CD you burnt.

If it doesn’t match, it could be an issue with the burn. And if the problem persists, try mounting the .ISO file with a utility such as MagicISO or Virtual Drive.
