How do we increase the font size of received mails in outlook 2010?
Hi guys, I have recently started using Microsoft Outlook.
I am facing a very peculiar kind of problem. The messages that I’m receiving carries a very small font size which makes it difficult for me to read it.
Is there any way that I can increase the font size of received mails?

Ok! The problem is not very peculiar buddy!
It’s a common grievance; I guess you should try changing the default font settings,

By the way, your reply would turn fruitful only if you could please help me with how to go ahead with the suggestion.

I tried what you said, and as you said it did change my default font settings.
However, the change was limited to the mails I create and normal text message.
But, that was not my issue; there are certain other unreadable mails.
Is there an option with any other version of Outlook?

No. version change won’t help.
All that I can think of, right now is a very basic solution.
Hold down the control button and simply scroll the mouse to increase or reduce the size.
There’s no other go!
