I am not sure if this is the right forum to post this, please let me know if it is and if it is not, please let me know where I should go.
What is the impact of minimum password age to password reset? If employee A requests a password reset and minimum password age is set to let's say to 2, will employee A not be able to change his password upon initial logon (assuming ChangePasswordAtNextLogon has been enabled)?

When you enable the password expire date at the time of login the user will be prompt to change the password. This will be done with the amount of days limit set. Even if the use does not change at the end the user will not be able to login with existing password unless he provides a new password. Many time because of this admins need to reset the password of user from Active directory.
