I have installed Camino 2.1 on my computer. I was trying to visit iCloud.com the above mentioned browser. Well I am getting browser is not supported prompt on my system while doing that. Can you tell me why I am getting above mentioned problem. Thanks a lot in advance.
Unfortunately Apple has decided to provide support for the limited number of the browsers so we cannot do anything in that. But if you really wanted support for iCloud then you should contact and complain about the same.
According to me it is something associated with some specific version of Gecko which are failing to identify the Camino. Firefox 5 or higher version is compatible with the iCloud. If you have given look on UA string of SeaMonkey then you will be able to get something on the browser.
I also supposed to same thing which you have mentioned over here. browser which are based on Gecko are having user-agent. The goal of having that was to check the version number of Firefox or Gecko. Camino is having both Gecko and relevant Firefox version. So it could sniff either. Camino and SeaMonkey are managed to get the compatibility with the Web.
