I am having HP Compaq TC1100 from past many months. I am looking to get a new battery as the it is draining quickly and I wanted to replace it. also I want your opinion regarding sdhc or sdxc card to use as an hard drive. in case I use sdhc card than I will not be able to use the same for video entertainment. Give me appropriate suggestions over here.
If your Li-Ion battery is fully charged and you are keeping the same for the long period of time then it could loose the capacity in very short period of the time. Hence you will need to get another battery if the performance has been degraded.
The best thing I can recommend that you should charge the battery whenever it is getting low. Mostly performance of Li-Ion battery will be degraded after three years.
If you are looking to use SDHC or SDXC card for the mass storage then it will be quite ok to do that. However you should not use SDHC or SDXC card for the OS drive.
