I am great fan of UFC series. I have played some of the previous titles in this series. I am willing to buy the new in the series, that is, UFC 3. Before I buy it, wanted to know what’s new in the career mode. That’s the part of the game I like the most.
Unlike previous versions, where the player had to focus on his stats along with the game, THQ has eliminated the concept of changing stats automatically. This time in UFC 3, THO has let player choose which stat they want to change about player. So this will help players improve their character only on focused stats.
Like previous versions in this series the player will start career from WFA (World Fighting Alliance) and then will further move on to UFC as he progresses and develops. As the game progresses, the player will move on to the PRIDE tournaments.
Along with the organizations that player can progress, one can also change from one weight class to another. It has a superfight, that is one has to fight with every member of a class. If one is unable to play well in one class, moving to its lower class is also possible.
This game has included real world fighting camps for player to join like Wolfslair MMA Academy, American Top team and so on. The training time between fights has been reduced as compared to previous versions. This has put a challenge for players to pick right training to improve their stats.
