Error with Toshiba Satellite utility_su_password25675A

I am using Toshiba satellite C655D-S5209. When I execute windows troubleshooter, it asks for a driver for operation of unknown device. It asks me to download a utility by name utility_su_password25675A. I downloaded it, installed it, it installed. But still I get the same error. I downloaded the same utility file several times and installed it, but still I am getting the same error.

This is the first time I have ever seen such problem. But there must be some solution to it. Can I get some more details on specifications of the device that you are using? It may be really helpful in solving the error. I may need detail about processor and memory of it.
