In my computer I have windows Vista operating system and I am using Zonealarm firewall. Now Zonealarm firewall has started giving me problem with Thunderbird 9.0.1 after updating. After updating Thunderbird 9.0.1 in my computer Zonealarm firewall is blicking it. What should I do to solve this problem?
According to me you should first open Zonealarm firewall in your computer and then you have to open application control setting. Now after that you have to also check Thunderbird is set as trusted or not? If Thunderbird is not set as trusted then you have to first set it as trusted and then check whether same problem is occurring or not. I wam telling you this because I was also having same problem and then I have set the thunderbird as trusted and then my problem get solved. I hope your problem will also get solved.
You should open Zonealarm in your computer and after that you have to go to the preferences and then you have to select Reset to default option and then check whether you are experiencing same problem with Thunderbird 9.0.1 or not? If after that also you get same issue then you should also try to fix this problem by reinstalling Zonealarm .
