Is Death Row 2 coming on Xbox 360

Hello friends, i wanted to know is this game coming for Xbox 360 or not, well it was told there was no publisher for it, so if got any publisher then it will be able to come or not. If it comes then it will be very much nice to have it and also it been lot of time for it to get it. So what you people know about it, then please share with me. Thank you.
