Iolo System Mechanic gadget is not working

Hi, i have Iolo System Mechanic and it comes with iolo PC status gadget. I used it for while and when i went on to update the Iolo System Mechanic suddenly the gadget stopped working. When i contacted the customer service they said it has nothing to do with their software. I haven’t got any solution for my problem please help!

Try these steps to see if it works for you:

1. first turn this application off and then again re-enable it from Iolo system mechanic.
2. Go to individual tool panel and select “manage add-ons”. Now click on the ”stop next to Configure PC Health Status gadget”.
   or
3. Go to individual tool panel and select “manage add-ons”. Now click on ”start next to Configure PC Health Status gadget”.
4. Also try turning off and then turning on windows gadget platform.

If it is not working for you then you can download the BAT file for the gadgets.

1. Run this BAT file as an administrator
2. If you get any prompt by UAC then select “YES”.
3. As this file runs you will have your command prompt keep opening and closing.
4. Restart the computer to apply all the changes.
5. This will show the gadget application on your screen if not then try uninstalling and installing it back. If this doesn’t help you then restore your system to previous restore point.
