Guys do you all have any idea if there is any option of replacing the Smartphone’s with the new one. Actually I want to replace my nokia c5 with the new nokia 500 or 603. So is there any store in Mumbai that will help me with this purpose. If you all have any information about the same then do give me some replies or comment here below which will help me understand.

No I don’t think so you will be getting the option of replacing the phone. So don’t think of replacing it. Anyways what you can do is sell the old phone and with the money that you get for it get the new phone, that’s what you can do. Rest I don’t think so there is any other option.
If you have purchased a lock version then a carrier can give you a new model in case if you renew the contract with them, so that can be a possibility. Otherwise I don’t think si there is any other chance at all. So hope you have understood what I have said here.
