I have recently bought a Nokia C3-01(AT&T) and I have somehow managed to switch the sim and I am not having any problem with the voice and messaging and today I have got a data services but then I am not able to access the web and I am getting a packet data error, I am not having any setting than this menu>settings>connectivity>packet data>edit packet data but then even after changing the same it is not working, is there anyone who can help me with the same?
I will suggest you to better get the settings from the AT&T and then try to manually enter the same and see if it is working for you or not, I am not very sure about the same but then you can at least give it a try.
That was not a problem for me but then I have got a no of setting from the AT&T but then I don’t know where I have to feed them because in my case I am just having a single field for the packet data, I don’t think that I am missing anything, any further help for the same will be appreciated.
You can just go in to the menu> Tools> Settings>Configuration >Personal settings and after that just click on the Options and then it will as you for " Add new” so just click on the same and then select " Access point " which will be the lat option
Once done then just keep pressing the back button till you come to the config and after you come to the settings screen then just click on the " Preferred acc. pt. and after that select the " Cingular GPRS " which you have made, just try it out and then let me know if it is helping.Quote:
